2025 Key Events and Achievements
Softball ‘B’ and ‘C’ Divisions National School Games 2025
Our B division and C division softball team had a fulfilling and fun year in 2025! Our players have worked hard and put in effort throughout the months leading up to the National Inter-School Games competition. Through this experience, they learnt how to improve on their softball skills and drills, and, importantly, how to work effectively as a team. As we look ahead to the National School Games 2026, all our players are training hard to be in peak condition and are constantly improving over time so as to achieve their goals in their respective leagues.
Friendly Games 2025
To enhance the team's skills and experience, our softball girls had the invaluable opportunity to play a friendly match against the Assumption English School and participated in the annual DCMA Cup. These events have allowed our players to learn from other teams, reflect and refine their game strategies for future softball matches. Also, these games have fostered lasting friendships among our players with the wider softball community.
When I first joined Softball in Secondary 1, I was determined to contribute my sportsmanship and positive attitude to the team. Leading the CCA has taught me that being a good leader is not just about giving directions; it is also about communicating well, understanding my teammates, and striving to improve together as one team. Through challenges such as training under the hot sun and competing in the National School Games, I've learned resilience, teamwork, and perseverance.
