MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) Application
Apply for the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme if your household income does not exceed $4,000 per month. Submit early your application for timely processing before the new school year.
Dear Parents/ Guardians,
The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to needy Singaporean students from government and government-aided schools.
To qualify for financial assistance, the family's Gross Household Income or Per Capita Income must not exceed $4,000 per month or $1,000 respectively. Please download MOE FAS Pamphlet 2026.pdf to find out more.
To apply for the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), please use the link FAS eApplication Form https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas. Parents are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible or by 23 December 2025, to allow sufficient time for processing before the start of the new school year.
1. If your application is successful, you will receive a notification email from MOE.
2. Please forward the email to Riverside_SS@moe.edu.sg and include your contact number.
3. Parents will be informed of the collection dates for books and uniforms.
