Financial Assistance
Apply for the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme if your household income does not exceed $4,000 per month. Submit your application early for timely processing before the new school year.
The MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) supports financially needy Singaporean students in their studies. Interested students must submit a fresh application, as current recipients will not be automatically reconsidered.
For Secondary School students, the MOE FAS fully covers the cost of school and standard miscellaneous fees, textbooks and school uniforms, as well as meal and transport subsidies.
The 2026 MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) is now open for all students to apply.

NOTE:
For children in different government or government-aided schools, you just need to submit 1 application form to any of their schools. The school that receives the application form will inform you of the outcome.
1. If your application is successful, you will receive a notification email from MOE.
2. Please forward the email to Riverside_SS@moe.edu.sg and include your contact number.
3. Parents will be informed of the collection dates for books and uniforms.
4. If you do not receive any email or calls after 3 working days, please contact the school at +65 6269 9631.
